Everyone knows that Florida is one of the best places in the U.S. to live and work. So it isn’t hard to understand why Realtor Wendy Cook has chosen to call areas like Valrico and Tampa home for close to 30 years. Wendy is married to the love of her life, Jeff Cook, and “Mom” to two sons who have both recently graduated from the University of Florida (#GoGators). In her free time, Wendy can be found soaking up the sun with friends and family on Anna Maria Island or heading up some initiative or another in her neighborhood. In fact, Wendy was trusted and tasked with heading up the renovation of the country club in her own River Hills neighborhood…and she is ready to help you next!

Wendy has a degree in Accounting, a gift of interior design, and a passion for real estate. Her knowledge and talents ensure her clients get the attention they need, the talent they deserve, and a caring attitude that brings results. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Wendy considered herself a “professional volunteer”.  She served Bell Shoals Baptist Academy and Church, Newsome High School Athletic Booster Club as Treasurer and a Board of Director and Secretary of her neighborhood HOA. 

Today, Wendy continues to thrive as a part of the Yellowfin Realty family. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, which allows her, a real estate professional, to perform services such as selling, buying, renting, auctioning, and advertising real estate properties for compensation (in the form of commission or brokerage).
